Portstewart - Had my suspicions when the bus zoomed past the Giant's Causeway [upper left, basalt formation under the Irish Sea all the way to Scotland as a remnant of when the two were connected] that I might never actually see it. Instead I experienced miles of white sandy beaches with no one on them except for the odd person and their dog. My accomodation is shown with a seaview from the end of the street, Portstewart is shown from the convent which is also show on the cliff and an oil and gas drilling platform in the last picture.
